SONG OF BREATH
by Simona Canonica
documentary (Switzerland; Italy; 90′)
Synopsis
Let’s try to hold our breath for a moment.
What happens to the world when we stop breathing? When we are afraid, when we lose touch with ourselves? What happens is that the world, no matter how sick it is, continues to heal us, takes notice of every single creature and brings us back to life. It heals the wounds of our origins, through a universal song, hidden miles and miles away, and with the vibrations of the sounds it is close to each one of us, so close that it touches our souls.
A human resonance. Which, on closer inspection, is the pentagram of a universal DNA.
